The Dawn Patrol....
Gesh where do I start?? I have been running for well over 10 years now and have never met some dedicated runners that share the same sense of accomplishment,duty,community, teamwork and tend to leave their ego's at the car. We always start dirt early how early? 5am start time... why? most of us are working professionals, moms, etc... we all have outside responsibilities but still want to get that endorphin rush after a 2hr run. We all joke and play while on the trails which always makes for great conversation and laughter. So being part of the dawn patrol means arriving at the trail head for a quality run prior to work,school, and crowds.
